There’s a study that says most heart attacks happen on Mondays. The anticipation of a long stressed out week begins on Monday for most people. Before the day is over they’re already counting down the days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the weekend. Stop to think about why we do this. We do it because we have been programmed to…for years. Why can’t we decode this way of thinking? Bad things happen every day of the week ,which would hold true that good things happen on Mondays as well. Once the day has passed there’s no getting it back, so why not make the most of it. I’m not negating the fact that you may have a big presentation at the office on Monday, in front of the CEO and your peers, and it could determine whether you’re promoted or demoted. My point is, you have a job that hundreds are in line waiting for. You have what you need to be happy seven days a week, 365 days of the year, you just have to realize it. Change your perspective. Don’t let the heaviness of the world steal your joy and enthusiasm. Celebrate Mondays like you do Fridays!!!!
